U.S. only Nautica watches are warranted for 5 years from date of purchase against all defects in material or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or abuse and excludes batteries, case, strap or bracelet.We do not recommend changing your own battery. If you would like your battery, case, crystal or strap replaced, please see the warranty repair coupon for additional charges. Any implied warranties are also limited to ten years from date of original purchase. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state. In the event of a defect or malfunction within this period, it will be repaired or replaced, at our option. Never include a special watch band or any other articles of personal value in your shipment.
